Direct replacement for standard items. Originals have a tendency to rust and not move freely.

Ordering instructions: 4 hinge spacers are required for a car, so please purchase “Full Set” or state a quantity of individual items.
These offer support to the rear valance. Its very common for the originals to rust and break.
Our replacements are a direct fit and manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel.

The various parts which make up the 205 Gti Front bumper mounting system are prone to rust. If you are removing the front bumper you will more than likely find a lot of the parts unusable on the rebuild. Most of which is not available from Peugeot anymore.
We have re-manufactured the complete bumper mounting kit, most of which in stainless steel. So the bumper can be removed and re-fitted in the future without the risk of damaging the now hard to find plastic bumpers!
This is the one bush which gets over looked when the engine mounts are uprated. The original bush is usually worn and allows unnecessary engine movement for race/rally/trackday setups.
Location: This bush is located within the fork which connects the subframe to the lower engine bush.

For a more compliant version of the bush, take a look at the Grp.N version.
The original linkage setup consists of two plastic bushes and a spring washer, even when new this setup had a lot of unwanted play in it. The linkage will now more than likely be considerably worn, causing the linkage system to feel “sloppy”. There are other kits available which replace the plastic bushes with bronze equivalents but the spring washer design is still utilized, along with the original large shanked bolt.
Only by changing the design of the pivot system (by using this kit) can the sloop be reduced entirely.
Original Peugeot Clips. We have bought a large batch from Peugeot as they often need replacing when fitting our new fuel lines or P.A.S cooling loop pipe.
