We have remanufactured all the parts for a direct replacement for standard items.
T-Bolts are Stainless Steel.
Brackets and Top Hat Spacers are Zinc plated mild steel.
CNC machined aluminium pins to replace the plastic pins, which very often break off during panel removal.
The pins are made from 6082T6 and have milled grooves on the back of the heads, which align with the webbing on the panel.
A small amount of adhesive is needed to hold them in to place.

Shims are placed behind buffers to space them closer to the top engine mount.
Fitting the correct combination of shims means, as the engine moves under acceleration / engine braking the top mount can come into contact with the buffers sooner and reduce any excess movement.
These can be used with OE std buffers or either of our Fast Road or GrpN Style replacements.

These uprated rubbers replace standard soft rubbers in the shock absorbers top mounts, located just under strut turrets.
The rubbers are constructed to a very high standard using a rubber compound (with an increased Shore Rating over original), which is considerably firmer than the standard rubbers, making them far stiffer. They give firmer ride and less front suspension flex.
The strut rubbers come as a pair.

EMB205-9 – Our 205 Gti Grp.N engine mounting kit has been one of our main sellers for over 10 years. It is perfect for track orientated cars but on the firm side for road cars.
We have now developed our fast road set-up. A great upgrade for people looking to tighten up the engine movement but without going to the extreme of the Grp.N set-up.
The mounts use the same proven design as our Grp.N set-up but with a softer grade of rubber to aid compliance.

Joints in the original gearchange rod setup contain plastic bushes that wear over time, making the gearchange very unprecise and leading to rods popping off and leaving you stranded on a side of the road or track. Our rods are steel-jointed with securing clips that cures both issues.
