These snorkels are often missing on the 205 Gti as they can easily be damaged when removing them.
We have remanufactured them. We 1st 3-D scanned an orinal then investing in making a plastic injection mould.
They come with new M6 Posidrive Screws and washers.

Our new 205 GTI Oil Cooler is a direct replacement for the Oil Cooler found on non P.A.S. 1.9 205 GTI.
An aluminium core and aluminium end tanks makes for a greatly improved cooling efficiency.

Hose runs from: Side of inlet manifold to brake servo. On vacuum sunroof equipped cars there is a T-peice located near the brake servo. A short section of hose is supplied to replace this section if with sunroof is selected.

The original linkage setup consists of two plastic bushes and a spring washer, even when new this setup had a lot of unwanted play in it. The linkage will now more than likely be considerably worn, causing the linkage system to feel “sloppy”. There are other kits available which replace the plastic bushes with bronze equivalents but the spring washer design is still utilized, along with the original large shanked bolt.
Only by changing the design of the pivot system (by using this kit) can the sloop be reduced entirely.
The adjustable quickshift is a direct replacement for the standard L-Linkage attached to the subframe.
Suitable for: All 205 GTI and 309 GTI Models

Fitment: Suitable for the 205 Gti and Non Gti.
These bronze bushes replace the standard plastic ones found in the gearstick pivot point. These will not flex or distort and therefore reduce play in the linkage system.
Notes: Ideally to be used with our 205 Gearchange Rods (3-rod kit) and 205 Bronze L-linkage Pivot Bush Kit, as well as Adjustable Quickshift.

The offset washer is used to locate one end of the torsion bar into the trailing arm. These are prone to damage on removal.
They are a direct replacement for the standard item. Two are required per axle.
