205 / 309205 GTI Air Flow Meter Adjuster Screw Bung
Fitment: All 205/309 Gti’s fitted with Jetronic Fuel injection (Years: 86-91)
We have re-produced the bungs originally found on the Air Flow Meter.
Very few 205 Gti’s still have the bung in place.
These will be a great finishing touch for any owner wanting to maintain the AFM’s original look.

205 / 309205 GTI Lower Engine Cambelt Cover
Fitment: All 205/309 Gti’s (1.6 & 1.9). All years. Direct fit to replace original part.
The original Peugeot lower cambelt covers (now no longer available from Peugeot) have a common tendency to wear and break away from their mounting points. Eventually causing them to rub on the cambelt.
We first designed the part in CAD before making a prototype for test fitment. Once satisfied the fitment was correct we invested in producing an injection mould tool to produce a run of finished parts.

205 / 309205 Stainless Steel Inner Wing Pipe
This stainless steel inner wing pipe is a direct replacement for an OE pipe, that is usually heavily rotten by now and can lead to coolant leaks and premature engine failure. Our replacement stainless steel pipe will outlast your 205!
Suits 205/309, all models.

205 / 309205 Air Box Bracket
This bracket offers support to the air box. Because of its location ( Above the exhaust / manifold ) it is very common for it to rust / break where it mounts to the manifold.
No Longer available from Peugeot.
Available in both Mild steel and Stainless steel. Both are power coated.

205 / 309Oil Filter-Block Fitting
These fittings are screwed into the block, then either a heat exchanger “take off” block or oil cooler set-up screws onto them.
They are easily damaged while trying to remove them from the block.

A direct replacement for the original part. This fitting holds the sandwich plate for the oil cooler (air) to the block.
The hex fitting used to tighten / loosen this part becomes worn overtime.
