205 / 309205 Interior Wing Mirror Repair Kit
CNC machined aluminium pins to replace the plastic pins, which very often break off during panel removal.
The pins are made from 6082T6 and have milled grooves on the back of the heads, which align with the webbing on the panel.
A small amount of adhesive is needed to hold them in to place.
Ordering instructions: Price is £8.56 + VAT for 3 pins (3 pins per panel).
Each panel is handed so please specify which side you require.

When removing the tailboard it is often the case that the original clips have rusted away.
Our replacement is made from 316 Stainless Steel.

205 / 309205 Rear Quarter Badge Repair Kit
The securing pins on the back of the rear quarter badges on the 205 Gti have always been a weak point.
BakerBM have designed a solution to the problem. They are made with a carbon blended plastic with a 12mm head with a cross formed in the back. The cross locates onto the ribbing of the badge ensuring the dowels are in the correct position. Having the cross formed into the part also increases the surface area for an adhesive to be affective. The badges can then be fitted as Peugeot intended.

205 / 309205 Gti Stainless Steel Front Bumper Slider Mounts
As these are no longer available from Peugeot we embarked on re-manufacturing them. We designed and manufactured a press tool to enable the finished item to closely resemble to the original part.
Due to the bumper sliders location on the car it exposed to the elements and any road salts. They are extremely prone to rusting as the original part is made from mild steel.
BakerBM’s Bumper sliders are manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel. An accurately laser cut profile is pre-bent 6 times then enters our press tool to form the correct shape. Rusting will now not be any issue.
Can be purchased individually or as pairs (two per car).
Location on car: Each corner of front bumper.
