205 Interior Wing Mirror Repair Kit

Code: BW205-23

CNC machined aluminium pins to replace the plastic pins, which very often break off during panel removal.

The pins are made from 6082T6 and have milled grooves on the back of the heads, which align with the webbing on the panel.

A small amount of adhesive is needed to hold them in to place.

Ordering instructions: Price is £8.56 + VAT for 3 pins (3 pins per panel).
Each panel is handed so please specify which side you require.

    205 GTI Engine Mount Shim Kit

    Shims are placed behind buffers to space them closer to the top engine mount.

    Fitting the correct combination of shims means, as the engine moves under acceleration / engine braking the top mount can come into contact with the buffers sooner and reduce any excess movement.

    205 Bronze Gearstick Pivot Bushes Gti and Non Gti

    Fitment: Suitable for the 205 Gti and Non Gti.

     

     

     

     

    These bronze bushes replace the standard plastic ones found in the gearstick pivot point. These will not flex or distort and therefore reduce play in the linkage system.

    Notes: Ideally to be used with our 205 Gearchange Rods (3-rod kit) and 205 Bronze L-linkage Pivot Bush Kit, as well as Adjustable Quickshift.

    205 Grp.A Rear Beam Mount Kit

     

     

    Replaces standard rubber joints and mounts on all the mounting points of a rear beam.

    Fitting this kit means the rear beam is rigidly attached to the chassis. Giving a more predictable rear end under heavy cornering and more control during lift off over steer.

    Front flexible joints are replaced by acetal bushes (4 in the kit) while rear rubber “sandwich” mounts are replaced with “aircraft spec” quality aluminium blocks with offset studs (2 in the kit). This kit is an evolution and improved fit version of our original BBM-SA-R kit. Unlike standard items, our uprated items will not wear out!

    This modification is a real benefit to a track orientated 205/309. It will also benefit a road car with respect to handling characteristics but at an expense of a slight increase in road noise experienced in the cabin.

    Suitable for: Peugeot 205 GTI and 309 GTI.
