205 Interior Wing Mirror Repair Kit

Code: BW205-23

CNC machined aluminium pins to replace the plastic pins, which very often break off during panel removal.

The pins are made from 6082T6 and have milled grooves on the back of the heads, which align with the webbing on the panel.

A small amount of adhesive is needed to hold them in to place.

Ordering instructions: Price is £8.56 + VAT for 3 pins (3 pins per panel).
Each panel is handed so please specify which side you require.
If you require both – please order a “Full Set”.

    205 GTI Engine Mount Shim Kit

    Shims are placed behind buffers to space them closer to the top engine mount.

    Fitting the correct combination of shims means, as the engine moves under acceleration / engine braking the top mount can come into contact with the buffers sooner and reduce any excess movement.

    These can be used with OE std buffers or either of our Fast Road or GrpN Style replacements.

    205 GTI Rubber Fuel Lines

    Our Rubber fuel lines are remanufactured so they are a direct replacement for standard hoses.

    They are sold as a pair:

    • The short hose runs from the steel fuel line to the bottom of the fuel filter
    • The longer hose runs from the top of the fuel filter to the fuel rail

    Both hoses come with new banjo bolts and crush washers.

    Please note: We have changed the rubber spec to Gates SAE 30R14 T2  since June 2020.   Using this rubber spec our rubber fuel lines are now compatible with E10 grade fuel.  However, we would still advise customers to use E5 Super unleaded as there are other parts in the fuel system that may not be compatible with E10 unleaded.

    205 Bronze Gearstick Pivot Bushes Gti and Non Gti

    Fitment: Suitable for the 205 Gti and Non Gti.

     

     

     

     

    These bronze bushes replace the standard plastic ones found in the gearstick pivot point. These will not flex or distort and therefore reduce play in the linkage system.

    Notes: Ideally to be used with our 205 Gearchange Rods (3-rod kit) and 205 Bronze L-linkage Pivot Bush Kit, as well as Adjustable Quickshift.

    205 Torsion Bar End Stop

    The torsion bar end stops screw into the rear axle beam tube. They act as a end stop for the torsion bar screw

    They are a direct replacement for the standard item. Two are required per axle.
