205 Interior Wing Mirror Repair Kit

Code: BW205-23

CNC machined aluminium pins to replace the plastic pins, which very often break off during panel removal.

The pins are made from 6082T6 and have milled grooves on the back of the heads, which align with the webbing on the panel.

A small amount of adhesive is needed to hold them in to place.

Ordering instructions: Price is £8.56 + VAT for 3 pins (3 pins per panel).
Each panel is handed so please specify which side you require.
If you require both – please order a “Full Set”.

    205 GTI Fuel Line + P.A.S. Pipe Clips

    Original Peugeot Clips. We have bought a large batch from Peugeot as they often need replacing when fitting our new fuel lines or P.A.S cooling loop pipe.

    They are sold individually – please enter the desired quantity when ordering.

    205 GTI Power Steering Cooling Loop

    This is the power steering cooling loop pipe which runs under the car on 205 GTI models equipped with PAS. The originals are prone to rust due to their location.

    Using an original we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender, then a custom jig has been made to manipulate the final bend. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatedly replicated accurately.

    Manufacturing process:

    • Steel tube is CNC bent to match original shape
    • The lines are then Chromium 6-free plated
    • Clean pelleted (cleans inside tube)
