We have re-produced the bungs originally found on the Air Flow Meter.
Very few 205 Gti’s still have the bung in place.
These will be a great finishing touch for any owner wanting to maintain the AFM’s original look.

Induction Hoses205 GTI Rubber Induction Hoses – Individual Hose Selector
205 Gti Induction Hoses in rubber.
Fitment. Model 205 Gti 1.6 & 1.9. All Years
Split induction hoses are starting to become an issue on the 205 Gti.
Original 30+ year old rubber hoses are cracking and causing air leaks within the induction system.
We have re-manufactured all 3 of induction hoses. Using the latest 3-D scanning technologies we have produced a hose that will not look out of place in any concourse build!
Here you can choose between:
1) Slam Panel to Air Box Hose
2) Air Box to Air Flow Meter Hose
3) Air Flow Meter to Inlet Manifold Hose
All hoses are a direct replacement for the originals, and can be supplied with new clips. Just select from the drop down menu.

205 / 309205 Mi16 Shortened Silicone Induction Hose
Many 205GTI’s now run with the 1905cc Mi16 Engine. One issue with this conversion is having enough space to comfortably fit the air filter behind the headlight. Using the original 405 Mi16 intake hose makes for a very tight fit and will not do anything to benefit the breathing of the engine.
A lot of the original rubber intake hoses are now showing their age. It is not uncommon for them to split and cause hard to diagnose running issues.
The Benefits of this new Silicone hose are as follows:
- 150mm shorter than the original. Resulting in the air filter fitment not being so cramped!
- The Oval end of the hose includes a ridge on the inside, which seals to the throttle body in a similar way to the original.
- Both Aluminium fittings are CNC turned with the correct I.D.’s so the oil breather system will perform like Peugeot Intended
- The Inner part of the hose is Fluoro Lined to stop any damage to the hose caused by the oil vapour
