8v Crank Pulley with Trigger Wheel
Code: LCP205-3
Our aluminium crank pulleys are made from 7075 T6 aluminium, which is extremely strong and wear resistant. The pulleys incorporate the original style timing hole and are anodised black.
The steel timing rings are a 36-1 tooth design (This is the most common ignition pickup style supported by aftermarket management systems).
The rings are accurately laser cut from 3mm steel. Then zinc plated to offer rust protection.
We have designed a 4-point clamping system to eliminate slip. The ring can be clamped at any increment between 0-360 degrees meaning you can match the trigger wheel to your existing setting, if you already run a trigger wheel.
All our pulleys are CNC machined in house.
We will be developing a bracket for the sensor pickup soon. Please contact us for more details.
Note: This product is used with an aftermarket management system
Original Peugeot Clips. We have bought a large batch from Peugeot as they often need replacing when fitting our new fuel lines or P.A.S cooling loop pipe.
They are sold individually – please enter the desired quantity when ordering.
6x clips are needed to replace all the fuel lines under the car
4x Clips are needed to replace the P.A.S cooling loop (1.9 GTI models only)
EMB205-5 – Group N Top Mount Buffer – a part of our complete Group N (Grp.N) Engine Mounting Kit that has been designed to substantially reduce engine movement by incorporating up-rated and stiffened rubber components. The kit is ideally used for rallying, racing, enhanced engine conversions and modifications.
Note: Additional individual buffer. Add quantity for more.
Our Rubber fuel lines are remanufactured so they are a direct replacement for standard hoses.
They are sold as a pair:
The short hose runs from the steel fuel line to the bottom of the fuel filter
The longer hose runs from the top of the fuel filter to the fuel rail
Both hoses come with new banjo bolts and crush washers.
Please note: We have changed the rubber spec to Gates SAE 30R14 T2 since June 2020. Using this rubber spec our rubber fuel lines are now compatible with E10 grade fuel. However, we would still advise customers to use E5 Super unleaded as there are other parts in the fuel system that may not be compatible with E10 unleaded.
