The various parts which make up the 205 Gti Front bumper mounting system are prone to rust. If you are removing the front bumper you will more than likely find a lot of the parts unusable on the rebuild. Most of which is not available from Peugeot anymore.
We have re-manufactured the complete bumper mounting kit, most of which in stainless steel. So the bumper can be removed and re-fitted in the future without the risk of damaging the now hard to find plastic bumpers!
These offer support to the rear valance. Its very common for the originals to rust and break.
Our replacements are a direct fit and manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel.
Two per car required but can be ordered individually.
CNC machined aluminium pins to replace the plastic pins, which very often break off during panel removal.
The pins are made from 6082T6 and have milled grooves on the back of the heads, which align with the webbing on the panel.
A small amount of adhesive is needed to hold them in to place.

Joints in the original gearchange rod setup contain plastic bushes that wear over time, making the gearchange very unprecise and leading to rods popping off and leaving you stranded on a side of the road or track. Our rods are steel-jointed with securing clips that cures both issues.

EMB205-9 – Our 205 Gti Grp.N engine mounting kit has been one of our main sellers for over 10 years. It is perfect for track orientated cars but on the firm side for road cars.
We have now developed our fast road set-up. A great upgrade for people looking to tighten up the engine movement but without going to the extreme of the Grp.N set-up.
The mounts use the same proven design as our Grp.N set-up but with a softer grade of rubber to aid compliance.

Due to their location the steel fuel lines on the 205 Gti are prone to rust.
Using original OE under body fuel lines we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatably replicated accurately.
These lines are a direct fitment onto the standard clips, neatly routing the fuel lines as Peugeot intended. They are sold as pairs. 1x Feed and 1x Return. The feed line has the correct union at the bulkhead end to match either the OE Peugeot rubber fuel-filter hose or our remanufactured rubber hoses.
