Description

We have been working on the development of our replacement window scrapers for a little while now!

 

These have been made using a 2-stage extruded rubber mould. This enables us to have a firm rubber compound for the part of the seal which clips into place, while also allowing a flexible/soft rubber for the areas we want to seal against the glass.  These are also suitable for the 309 3 door only.

We used a rubber spec which has a high UV resistance. So to resistance ageing.

 

The end trimming is done on one of our CNC machines.

 

Flocking along the contact edges enable the rubber to glide against the glass.

    Our replacements are a direct fit and manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel.

    205 Grp.N Front Strut Top Rubbers

    These uprated rubbers replace standard soft rubbers in the shock absorbers top mounts, located just under strut turrets.

    The rubbers are constructed to a very high standard using a rubber compound (with an increased Shore Rating over original), which is considerably firmer than the standard rubbers, making them far stiffer. They give firmer ride and less front suspension flex.

    205 GTI CNC Bent Steel Fuel Lines

    Due to their location the steel fuel lines on the 205 Gti are prone to rust.

    Using original OE under body fuel lines we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatably replicated accurately.

    These lines are a direct fitment onto the standard clips, neatly routing the fuel lines as Peugeot intended. They are sold as pairs. 1x Feed and 1x Return. The feed line has the correct union at the bulkhead end to match either the OE Peugeot rubber fuel-filter hose or our remanufactured rubber hoses.

    205 Offset Washer

    The offset washer is used to locate one end of the torsion bar into the trailing arm. These are prone to damage on removal.

    They are a direct replacement for the standard item. Two are required per axle.
