  • CNC machined outlets, boss and cap.
  • Pressure relieve valve (1 Bar) built into cap.
  • Tig welded by certified welder.
  • Black Powder coat finish (crackle black)

Please note: Our tank does not accept the original level sensor.

    205 GTI LHD Rubber Coolant Hoses Kit

    These hoses replace the original worn rubber set, ensuring the highest coolant system reliability possible, whilst giving OE look and being cheaper than our Silicone Coolant Hose Kit.

    Contents: The 8v coolant hose kit includes all 10 hoses within the coolant system on a LHD Peugeot 205 GTI.

    205 GTI Engine Mount Shim Kit

    Shims are placed behind buffers to space them closer to the top engine mount.

    Fitting the correct combination of shims means, as the engine moves under acceleration / engine braking the top mount can come into contact with the buffers sooner and reduce any excess movement.

    These can be used with OE std buffers or either of our Fast Road or GrpN Style replacements.

    205 / 106 Grp.N Lower Engine Fork Bush

    We have designed and manufactured this bush to offer a firmer option than the standard item (e.g. reduce engine movement), whilst still retaining some compliance compared to our Grp.A Bush. This product compliment’s Grp.N Full Engine Mounting Kit.

    Location: This bush is located within the fork which connects the subframe to the lower engine bush.

    Suitable For:

    • Fits all 106 and 205 models incl. GTi
    • Direct replacement for original
