205 / 309205 GTI Lower Engine Cambelt Cover
Fitment: All 205/309 Gti’s (1.6 & 1.9). All years. Direct fit to replace original part.
The original Peugeot lower cambelt covers (now no longer available from Peugeot) have a common tendency to wear and break away from their mounting points. Eventually causing them to rub on the cambelt.
We first designed the part in CAD before making a prototype for test fitment. Once satisfied the fitment was correct we invested in producing an injection mould tool to produce a run of finished parts.

205 / 309205 Mi16 Silicone Coolant Hoses Kit
The 16v coolant hose kit has been specially designed to enable a neat 1905cc Mi16 install into a Peugeot 205 GTI. The hoses are made from 3ply Silicone (4mm wall thickness). Available in RHD and LHD configurations.
Contents: The kit includes a total of 10 hoses.
The following hoses have been designed specifically for the Mi16 converted 205:
Top radiator – Thermostat
Side of 16v thermostat – Heater matrix
Thermostat – Heater rail along the back of head
Heater rail – Distribution block at the rear of the engineColour choice: Blue, Black or Red
Available in RHD and LHD fitment.
