Originals are very prone to rust.
Our replacements are manufactured in house from 316 stainless steel.
They have the same under radius as originals, meaning they sit correctly.
Fine thread to allow accurate adjustment of driving lamp, just like Peugeot intended.

CNC machined aluminium pins to replace the plastic pins, which very often break off during panel removal.
The pins are made from 6082T6 and have milled grooves on the back of the heads, which align with the webbing on the panel.
A small amount of adhesive is needed to hold them in to place.

These offer support to the rear valance. Its very common for the originals to rust and break.

Due to their location the steel fuel lines on the 205 Gti are prone to rust.
Using original OE under body fuel lines we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatably replicated accurately.
These lines are a direct fitment onto the standard clips, neatly routing the fuel lines as Peugeot intended. They are sold as pairs. 1x Feed and 1x Return. The feed line has the correct union at the bulkhead end to match either the OE Peugeot rubber fuel-filter hose or our remanufactured rubber hoses.
We have designed and manufactured this bush to offer a firmer option than the standard item (e.g. reduce engine movement), whilst still retaining some compliance compared to our Grp.A Bush. This product compliment’s Grp.N Full Engine Mounting Kit.
Location: This bush is located within the fork which connects the subframe to the lower engine bush.
