These Mikalor clips have a cold-formed stamped band thread, smoothed on the underside. Combined with the bevelled band edges protects the hose from any damage.

    205 Offset Washer

    The offset washer is used to locate one end of the torsion bar into the trailing arm. These are prone to damage on removal.

    They are a direct replacement for the standard item. Two are required per axle.

    205 GTI Power Steering Cooling Loop

    This is the power steering cooling loop pipe which runs under the car on 205 GTI models equipped with PAS. The originals are prone to rust due to their location.

    Using an original we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender, then a custom jig has been made to manipulate the final bend. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatedly replicated accurately.

    Manufacturing process:

    • Steel tube is CNC bent to match original shape
    • The lines are then Chromium 6-free plated
    • Clean pelleted (cleans inside tube)
