8v Crank Pulley with Trigger Wheel

Our aluminium crank pulleys are made from 7075 T6 aluminium, which is extremely strong and wear resistant. The pulleys incorporate the original style timing hole and are anodised black.

The steel timing rings are a 36-1 tooth design (This is the most common ignition pickup style supported by aftermarket management systems).

The rings are accurately laser cut from 3mm steel. Then zinc plated to offer rust protection.

We have designed a 4-point clamping system to eliminate slip. The ring can be clamped at any increment between 0-360 degrees meaning you can match the trigger wheel to your existing setting, if you already run a trigger wheel.

All our pulleys are CNC machined in house.

    Our extremely popular 205-specific adjustable top suspension mounts.

    Suitable for: Peugeot 205 all models.

    Description:

    • These are intended for use with coilover suspension.
    • Material 7075 T6 Aluminium.
    • Fully CNC machined in house using the latest CAM technology.
    • They house a 42mm O/D Heavy Duty Spherical Bearing.
    • Camber adjustment available is from 0 – neg.3 degrees
    • Caster fixed at 4.5 Degrees Positive.
    • Engraved camber scale giving an indication of adjustment position.
    • Bearing reliefs are machined into the housing, making bearing changes quick and easy.

    205 GTI Engine Mount Shim Kit

    Shims are placed behind buffers to space them closer to the top engine mount.

    Fitting the correct combination of shims means, as the engine moves under acceleration / engine braking the top mount can come into contact with the buffers sooner and reduce any excess movement.

    These can be used with OE std buffers or either of our Fast Road or GrpN Style replacements.
