Joints in the original gearchange rod setup contain plastic bushes that wear over time, making the gearchange very unprecise and leading to rods popping off and leaving you stranded on a side of the road or track. Our rods are steel-jointed with securing clips that cures both issues.
This kit comprises of 3 main rods.
All rods are chemically blacked instead of zinc plated. The blacking process does not affect the threads.
This is the one bush which gets over looked when the engine mounts are uprated. The original bush is usually worn and allows unnecessary engine movement for race/rally/trackday setups. Our bush reduces engine movement.
Location: This bush is located within the fork which connects the subframe to the lower engine bush.
