205 Gti Stainless Steel Front Bumper Slider Mounts

As these are no longer available from Peugeot we embarked on re-manufacturing them. We designed and manufactured a press tool to enable the finished item to closely resemble to the original part.

Due to the bumper sliders location on the car it exposed to the elements and any road salts. They are extremely prone to rusting as the original part is made from mild steel.

BakerBM’s Bumper sliders are manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel. An accurately laser cut profile is pre-bent 6 times then enters our press tool to form the correct shape. Rusting will now not be any issue.

Can be purchased individually or as pairs (two per car).

Location on car: Each corner of front bumper.

    • Material 7075 T6 Aluminium.

    • They house a 42mm O/D Heavy Duty Spherical Bearing.
    • Camber adjustment available is from 0 – neg.3 degrees
    • Caster fixed at 4.5 Degrees Positive.
    • Engraved camber scale giving an indication of adjustment position.
    • Bearing reliefs are machined into the housing, making bearing changes quick and easy.

    205 Gearchange Rods (3-rod kit)

    Joints in the original gearchange rod setup contain plastic bushes that wear over time, making the gearchange very unprecise and leading to rods popping off and leaving you stranded on a side of the road or track. Our rods are steel-jointed with securing clips that cures both issues.
