205 Gti Stainless Steel Front Bumper Slider Mounts

As these are no longer available from Peugeot we embarked on re-manufacturing them. We designed and manufactured a press tool to enable the finished item to closely resemble to the original part.

Due to the bumper sliders location on the car it exposed to the elements and any road salts. They are extremely prone to rusting as the original part is made from mild steel.

BakerBM’s Bumper sliders are manufactured from 316 Stainless Steel. An accurately laser cut profile is pre-bent 6 times then enters our press tool to form the correct shape. Rusting will now not be any issue.

Can be purchased individually or as pairs (two per car).

Location on car: Each corner of front bumper.

    205 GTI Engine Mount Shim Kit

    Shims are placed behind buffers to space them closer to the top engine mount.

    Fitting the correct combination of shims means, as the engine moves under acceleration / engine braking the top mount can come into contact with the buffers sooner and reduce any excess movement.

    These can be used with OE std buffers or either of our Fast Road or GrpN Style replacements.

    205 Adjustable Top Mounts

    Our extremely popular 205-specific adjustable top suspension mounts.

    Suitable for: Peugeot 205 all models.

    Description:

    • These are intended for use with coilover suspension.
    • Material 7075 T6 Aluminium.
    • Fully CNC machined in house using the latest CAM technology.
    • They house a 42mm O/D Heavy Duty Spherical Bearing.
    • Camber adjustment available is from 0 – neg.3 degrees
    • Caster fixed at 4.5 Degrees Positive.
    • Engraved camber scale giving an indication of adjustment position.
    • Bearing reliefs are machined into the housing, making bearing changes quick and easy.
    • Anodised.

    205 Bronze Gearstick Pivot Bushes Gti and Non Gti

    Fitment: Suitable for the 205 Gti and Non Gti.

     

     

     

     

    These bronze bushes replace the standard plastic ones found in the gearstick pivot point. These will not flex or distort and therefore reduce play in the linkage system.

    Notes: Ideally to be used with our 205 Gearchange Rods (3-rod kit) and 205 Bronze L-linkage Pivot Bush Kit, as well as Adjustable Quickshift.
