205 Offset Washer

Code: RAC205-3

The offset washer is used to locate one end of the torsion bar into the trailing arm. These are prone to damage on removal.

They are a direct replacement for the standard item. Two are required per axle.

Note: Sold individually – increase quantity to buy more than one.

    Using original OE under body fuel lines we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatably replicated accurately.

    These lines are a direct fitment onto the standard clips, neatly routing the fuel lines as Peugeot intended. They are sold as pairs. 1x Feed and 1x Return. The feed line has the correct union at the bulkhead end to match either the OE Peugeot rubber fuel-filter hose or our remanufactured rubber hoses.

    205 GTI Thermostat Cap (86-91)

    3D CNC machined from billet aluminium.

    Originals caps have corroded badly over time. Deep pitting leads to leaks and with 2nd hand units now becoming hard to source we decided to design and make a replacement.

    Direct replacement for the original part.

    Fitment 85-91 (All aluminium caps) Not suitable for the plastic style.
