205 Interior Wing Mirror Repair Kit

Code: BW205-23

CNC machined aluminium pins to replace the plastic pins, which very often break off during panel removal.

The pins are made from 6082T6 and have milled grooves on the back of the heads, which align with the webbing on the panel.

A small amount of adhesive is needed to hold them in to place.

Ordering instructions: Price is £8.56 + VAT for 3 pins (3 pins per panel).
Each panel is handed so please specify which side you require.
If you require both – please order a “Full Set”.

    205 GTI CNC Bent Steel Fuel Lines

    Due to their location the steel fuel lines on the 205 Gti are prone to rust.

    Using original OE under body fuel lines we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatably replicated accurately.

    These lines are a direct fitment onto the standard clips, neatly routing the fuel lines as Peugeot intended. They are sold as pairs. 1x Feed and 1x Return. The feed line has the correct union at the bulkhead end to match either the OE Peugeot rubber fuel-filter hose or our remanufactured rubber hoses.

    205 Grp.N Front Strut Top Rubbers

    These uprated rubbers replace standard soft rubbers in the shock absorbers top mounts, located just under strut turrets.

    The rubbers are constructed to a very high standard using a rubber compound (with an increased Shore Rating over original), which is considerably firmer than the standard rubbers, making them far stiffer. They give firmer ride and less front suspension flex.

    The strut rubbers come as a pair.

    Suitable for: Peugeot 205 GTI and 309 GTI.
