Description

The wishbone bushings can make or break the famous tight feel and sharp handling the 205 Gti has become famous for.

Original Peugeot wishbone bushings were always by far the best quality replacements available on the market.  Now with these no longer available, gave us a great opportunity to develop our own range.

We paid close attention to the original bushing designs and used data from Force/Displacement trials obtained under testing to develop our product.

Fitting a fresh set of wishbone bushes will bring back the sharp handling of any 205 Gti running worn bushings or soft grade parts found in some aftermarket wishbones.

Fitment:

All 205 GTI, 205 CTI and 309 GTI Models

They will fit in OEM wishbones or non genuine wishbones.

    205 GTI CNC Bent Steel Fuel Lines

    Due to their location the steel fuel lines on the 205 Gti are prone to rust.

    Using original OE under body fuel lines we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatably replicated accurately.

    These lines are a direct fitment onto the standard clips, neatly routing the fuel lines as Peugeot intended. They are sold as pairs. 1x Feed and 1x Return. The feed line has the correct union at the bulkhead end to match either the OE Peugeot rubber fuel-filter hose or our remanufactured rubber hoses.

    205 Fast Road Engine Mounting Kit

    EMB205-9 – Our 205 Gti Grp.N engine mounting kit has been one of our main sellers for over 10 years. It is perfect for track orientated cars but on the firm side for road cars.

    We have now developed our fast road set-up. A great upgrade for people looking to tighten up the engine movement but without going to the extreme of the Grp.N set-up.

    The mounts use the same proven design as our Grp.N set-up but with a softer grade of rubber to aid compliance.

    205 Air Box Bracket

    This bracket offers support to the air box. Because of its location ( Above the exhaust / manifold ) it is very common for it to rust / break where it mounts to the manifold.

    No Longer available from Peugeot.

    Available in both Mild steel and Stainless steel. Both are power coated.

    205 GTI Engine Mount Shim Kit

    Shims are placed behind buffers to space them closer to the top engine mount.

    Fitting the correct combination of shims means, as the engine moves under acceleration / engine braking the top mount can come into contact with the buffers sooner and reduce any excess movement.

    These can be used with OE std buffers or either of our Fast Road or GrpN Style replacements.
