Description

The wishbone bushings can make or break the famous tight feel and sharp handling the 205 Gti has become famous for.

Original Peugeot wishbone bushings were always by far the best quality replacements available on the market.  Now with these no longer available, gave us a great opportunity to develop our own range.

We paid close attention to the original bushing designs and used data from Force/Displacement trials obtained under testing to develop our product.

Fitting a fresh set of wishbone bushes will bring back the sharp handling of any 205 Gti running worn bushings or soft grade parts found in some aftermarket wishbones.

Fitment:

All 205 GTI, 205 CTI and 309 GTI Models

They will fit in OEM wishbones or non genuine wishbones.

2x Rear bushings

    205 GTI CNC Bent Steel Fuel Lines

    Due to their location the steel fuel lines on the 205 Gti are prone to rust.

    Using original OE under body fuel lines we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatably replicated accurately.

    These lines are a direct fitment onto the standard clips, neatly routing the fuel lines as Peugeot intended. They are sold as pairs. 1x Feed and 1x Return. The feed line has the correct union at the bulkhead end to match either the OE Peugeot rubber fuel-filter hose or our remanufactured rubber hoses.

    205 / 106 Grp.N Lower Engine Fork Bush

    We have designed and manufactured this bush to offer a firmer option than the standard item (e.g. reduce engine movement), whilst still retaining some compliance compared to our Grp.A Bush. This product compliment’s Grp.N Full Engine Mounting Kit.

    Location: This bush is located within the fork which connects the subframe to the lower engine bush.

    Suitable For:

    • Fits all 106 and 205 models incl. GTi
    • Direct replacement for original

    • 70 shore natural rubber

    205 Fast Road Engine Mounting Kit

    EMB205-9 – Our 205 Gti Grp.N engine mounting kit has been one of our main sellers for over 10 years. It is perfect for track orientated cars but on the firm side for road cars.

    We have now developed our fast road set-up. A great upgrade for people looking to tighten up the engine movement but without going to the extreme of the Grp.N set-up.

    The mounts use the same proven design as our Grp.N set-up but with a softer grade of rubber to aid compliance.

    Available for: 205 1.6/1.9 GTI, 205 XS (please note when adding products to cart)

    205 Grp.N Front Strut Top Rubbers

    These uprated rubbers replace standard soft rubbers in the shock absorbers top mounts, located just under strut turrets.

    The rubbers are constructed to a very high standard using a rubber compound (with an increased Shore Rating over original), which is considerably firmer than the standard rubbers, making them far stiffer. They give firmer ride and less front suspension flex.

    The strut rubbers come as a pair.

    Suitable for: Peugeot 205 GTI and 309 GTI.

    205 Offset Washer

    The offset washer is used to locate one end of the torsion bar into the trailing arm. These are prone to damage on removal.

    They are a direct replacement for the standard item. Two are required per axle.

    Note: Sold individually – increase quantity to buy more than one.

    205 GTI Rubber Fuel Lines

    Our Rubber fuel lines are remanufactured so they are a direct replacement for standard hoses.

    They are sold as a pair:

    • The short hose runs from the steel fuel line to the bottom of the fuel filter
    • The longer hose runs from the top of the fuel filter to the fuel rail

    Both hoses come with new banjo bolts and crush washers.

    Please note: We have changed the rubber spec to Gates SAE 30R14 T2  since June 2020.   Using this rubber spec our rubber fuel lines are now compatible with E10 grade fuel.  However, we would still advise customers to use E5 Super unleaded as there are other parts in the fuel system that may not be compatible with E10 unleaded.
