205 GTI Rubber Induction Hoses Set

Split induction hoses are starting to become an issue on the 205 Gti.

Original 30+ year old rubber hoses are cracking and causing air leaks within the induction system.

We have re-manufactured all 3 of the induction hoses. Using the latest 3-D scanning technologies we have produced a hose that will not look out of place in any concourse build!

All hoses are a direct replacement for the originals and can be supplied with new clips..

    205 Torsion Bar End Stop

    The torsion bar end stops screw into the rear axle beam tube. They act as a end stop for the torsion bar screw

    They are a direct replacement for the standard item. Two are required per axle.

    205 Adjustable Top Mounts

     

     

    Our extremely popular 205-specific adjustable top suspension mounts.

    Suitable for: Peugeot 205 all models.

    Description:

    • These are intended for use with coilover suspension.
    • Material 7075 T6 Aluminium.
    • Fully CNC machined in house using the latest CAM technology.
    • They house a 42mm O/D Heavy Duty Spherical Bearing.
    • Camber adjustment available is from 0 – neg.3 degrees
    • Caster fixed at 4.5 Degrees Positive.
    • Engraved camber scale giving an indication of adjustment position.
    • Bearing reliefs are machined into the housing, making bearing changes quick and easy.
    • Anodised.

    205 GTI Power Steering Cooling Loop

    This is the power steering cooling loop pipe which runs under the car on 205 GTI models equipped with PAS. The originals are prone to rust due to their location.

    Using an original we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender, then a custom jig has been made to manipulate the final bend. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatedly replicated accurately.

    Manufacturing process:

    • Steel tube is CNC bent to match original shape
    • The lines are then Chromium 6-free plated
    • Clean pelleted (cleans inside tube)
