Description

We have been working on the development of our replacement window scrapers for a little while now!

 

These have been made using a 2-stage extruded rubber mould. This enables us to have a firm rubber compound for the part of the seal which clips into place, while also allowing a flexible/soft rubber for the areas we want to seal against the glass.  These are also suitable for the 309 3 door only.

We used a rubber spec which has a high UV resistance. So to resistance ageing.

 

The end trimming is done on one of our CNC machines.

 

Flocking along the contact edges enable the rubber to glide against the glass.

    205 GTI CNC Bent Steel Fuel Lines

    Due to their location the steel fuel lines on the 205 Gti are prone to rust.

    Using original OE under body fuel lines we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatably replicated accurately.

    These lines are a direct fitment onto the standard clips, neatly routing the fuel lines as Peugeot intended. They are sold as pairs. 1x Feed and 1x Return. The feed line has the correct union at the bulkhead end to match either the OE Peugeot rubber fuel-filter hose or our remanufactured rubber hoses.

    EMB205-9 – Our 205 Gti Grp.N engine mounting kit has been one of our main sellers for over 10 years. It is perfect for track orientated cars but on the firm side for road cars.

    We have now developed our fast road set-up. A great upgrade for people looking to tighten up the engine movement but without going to the extreme of the Grp.N set-up.

    The mounts use the same proven design as our Grp.N set-up but with a softer grade of rubber to aid compliance.

    205 / 106 Grp.A Lower Engine Fork Bush

    This is the one bush which gets over looked when the engine mounts are uprated. The original bush is usually worn and allows unnecessary engine movement for race/rally/trackday setups.

    Location: This bush is located within the fork which connects the subframe to the lower engine bush.

    Suitable For:

    • Fits all 106 and 205 models incl. GTi
    • Direct replacement for original
