Fitment: All 205/309 Gti’s (1.6 & 1.9). All years. Direct fit to replace original part.
The original Peugeot lower cambelt covers (now no longer available from Peugeot) have a common tendency to wear and break away from their mounting points. Eventually causing them to rub on the cambelt.
We first designed the part in CAD before making a prototype for test fitment. Once satisfied the fitment was correct we invested in producing an injection mould tool to produce a run of finished parts.

205 Bronze Gearstick Pivot Bushes Gti and Non Gti
Fitment: Suitable for the 205 Gti and Non Gti.
These bronze bushes replace the standard plastic ones found in the gearstick pivot point. These will not flex or distort and therefore reduce play in the linkage system.
Notes: Ideally to be used with our 205 Gearchange Rods (3-rod kit) and 205 Bronze L-linkage Pivot Bush Kit, as well as Adjustable Quickshift.

205 Torsion Bar End Stop
The torsion bar end stops screw into the rear axle beam tube. They act as a end stop for the torsion bar screw
They are a direct replacement for the standard item. Two are required per axle.
Note: Sold individually – increase quantity to buy more than one.

205 / 106 Grp.N Lower Engine Fork Bush
We have designed and manufactured this bush to offer a firmer option than the standard item (e.g. reduce engine movement), whilst still retaining some compliance compared to our Grp.A Bush. This product compliment’s Grp.N Full Engine Mounting Kit.
Location: This bush is located within the fork which connects the subframe to the lower engine bush.

- Fits all 106 and 205 models incl. GTi

This is the one bush which gets over looked when the engine mounts are uprated. The original bush is usually worn and allows unnecessary engine movement for race/rally/trackday setups.
