205 / 309205 GTI Power Steering Cooling Loop
This is the power steering cooling loop pipe which runs under the car on 205 GTI models equipped with PAS. The originals are prone to rust due to their location.
Using an original we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender, then a custom jig has been made to manipulate the final bend. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatedly replicated accurately.
Manufacturing process:
- Steel tube is CNC bent to match original shape
- The lines are then Chromium 6-free plated
- Clean pelleted (cleans inside tube)

Original Peugeot Clips. We have bought a large batch from Peugeot as they often need replacing when fitting our new fuel lines or P.A.S cooling loop pipe.
They are sold individually – please enter the desired quantity when ordering.
- 6x clips are needed to replace all the fuel lines under the car
- 4x Clips are needed to replace the P.A.S cooling loop (1.9 GTI models only)

205 / 309205 GTI Engine Mount Shim Kit
Shims are placed behind buffers to space them closer to the top engine mount.
Fitting the correct combination of shims means, as the engine moves under acceleration / engine braking the top mount can come into contact with the buffers sooner and reduce any excess movement.
These can be used with OE std buffers or either of our Fast Road or GrpN Style replacements.

205 / 309205 Bronze L-linkage Pivot Bush Kit GTI
The original linkage setup consists of two plastic bushes and a spring washer, even when new this setup had a lot of unwanted play in it. The linkage will now more than likely be considerably worn, causing the linkage system to feel “sloppy”. There are other kits available which replace the plastic bushes with bronze equivalents but the spring washer design is still utilized, along with the original large shanked bolt.
Only by changing the design of the pivot system (by using this kit) can the sloop be reduced entirely.
