Following from the success of the 1.9 brake lines we have the 1.6 variants in stock

–  We used an original set of 205 Gti 1.6 brake lines where removed from our test car. They are a known good set of OEM original lines to take measurements from.

The RHD kit includes the following:

011 Brake Line M/C – N/Side Front

012 Brake line M/C – Compensator

013 Brake Line M/C – O/Side Front

014 Brake Line Compensator – undercar section 1

015 Brake Line Compensator – under Fuel Tank section 2

016 Brake Line Rear T-Piece – Right Rear

017 Brake Line Right Rear Drum

018 Brake Line Left Rear Drum

    205 GTI CNC Bent Steel Fuel Lines

    Due to their location the steel fuel lines on the 205 Gti are prone to rust.

    Using original OE under body fuel lines we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatably replicated accurately.

    These lines are a direct fitment onto the standard clips, neatly routing the fuel lines as Peugeot intended. They are sold as pairs. 1x Feed and 1x Return. The feed line has the correct union at the bulkhead end to match either the OE Peugeot rubber fuel-filter hose or our remanufactured rubber hoses.

    205 Grp.N Top Engine Mount inc. Buffers

    EMB205-2 – Group N Top Engine Mount – a part of our complete Group N (Grp.N) Engine Mounting Kit that has been designed to substantially reduce engine movement by incorporating up-rated and stiffened rubber components. The kit is ideally used for rallying, racing, enhanced engine conversions and modifications.

    Note: The top mount comes with a pair of EMB205-5 top mount buffers.

    205 Bronze Gearstick Pivot Bushes Gti and Non Gti

    Fitment: Suitable for the 205 Gti and Non Gti.

     

     

     

     

    These bronze bushes replace the standard plastic ones found in the gearstick pivot point. These will not flex or distort and therefore reduce play in the linkage system.

    Notes: Ideally to be used with our 205 Gearchange Rods (3-rod kit) and 205 Bronze L-linkage Pivot Bush Kit, as well as Adjustable Quickshift.

    205 Adjustable Top Mounts

     

     

    Our extremely popular 205-specific adjustable top suspension mounts.

    Suitable for: Peugeot 205 all models.

    Description:

    • These are intended for use with coilover suspension.
    • Material 7075 T6 Aluminium.
    • Fully CNC machined in house using the latest CAM technology.
    • They house a 42mm O/D Heavy Duty Spherical Bearing.
    • Camber adjustment available is from 0 – neg.3 degrees
    • Caster fixed at 4.5 Degrees Positive.
    • Engraved camber scale giving an indication of adjustment position.
    • Bearing reliefs are machined into the housing, making bearing changes quick and easy.
    • Anodised.
