205 8v Silicone Supplementary Device (SAD) Hoses

Code: SH205-8

Direct replacement hoses for the “Supplementary Air Device” system found on all pre-CAT 205/309 GTI’s. These hoses are the same for RHD and LHD models. Both hoses are Fluro lined to prevent damage caused from any contact with oil.

Contents: Two replacement hoses to run from the SAD valve to Inlet track.

These hoses are suitable for all 205/309 1.6/1.9 GTI’s.

    205 GTI Rubber Fuel Lines

    Our Rubber fuel lines are remanufactured so they are a direct replacement for standard hoses.

    They are sold as a pair:

    • The short hose runs from the steel fuel line to the bottom of the fuel filter
    • The longer hose runs from the top of the fuel filter to the fuel rail

    Both hoses come with new banjo bolts and crush washers.

    Please note: We have changed the rubber spec to Gates SAE 30R14 T2  since June 2020.   Using this rubber spec our rubber fuel lines are now compatible with E10 grade fuel.  However, we would still advise customers to use E5 Super unleaded as there are other parts in the fuel system that may not be compatible with E10 unleaded.

    We have designed and manufactured this bush to offer a firmer option than the standard item (e.g. reduce engine movement), whilst still retaining some compliance compared to our Grp.A Bush. This product compliment’s Grp.N Full Engine Mounting Kit.

    Location: This bush is located within the fork which connects the subframe to the lower engine bush.

    Suitable For:

    • Fits all 106 and 205 models incl. GTi
    • Direct replacement for original

    205 Adjustable Top Mounts

    Our extremely popular 205-specific adjustable top suspension mounts.

    Suitable for: Peugeot 205 all models.

    Description:

    • These are intended for use with coilover suspension.
    • Material 7075 T6 Aluminium.
    • Fully CNC machined in house using the latest CAM technology.
    • They house a 42mm O/D Heavy Duty Spherical Bearing.
    • Camber adjustment available is from 0 – neg.3 degrees
    • Caster fixed at 4.5 Degrees Positive.
