205 8v Silicone Supplementary Device (SAD) Hoses

Code: SH205-8

Direct replacement hoses for the “Supplementary Air Device” system found on all pre-CAT 205/309 GTI’s. These hoses are the same for RHD and LHD models. Both hoses are Fluro lined to prevent damage caused from any contact with oil.

Contents: Two replacement hoses to run from the SAD valve to Inlet track.

These hoses are suitable for all 205/309 1.6/1.9 GTI’s.

    205 Gearchange Rods (3-rod kit)

    Joints in the original gearchange rod setup contain plastic bushes that wear over time, making the gearchange very unprecise and leading to rods popping off and leaving you stranded on a side of the road or track. Our rods are steel-jointed with securing clips that cures both issues.

    205 GTI Rubber Fuel Lines

    Our Rubber fuel lines are remanufactured so they are a direct replacement for standard hoses.

    They are sold as a pair:

    • The short hose runs from the steel fuel line to the bottom of the fuel filter
    • The longer hose runs from the top of the fuel filter to the fuel rail

    Both hoses come with new banjo bolts and crush washers.

    Please note: We have changed the rubber spec to Gates SAE 30R14 T2  since June 2020.   Using this rubber spec our rubber fuel lines are now compatible with E10 grade fuel.  However, we would still advise customers to use E5 Super unleaded as there are other parts in the fuel system that may not be compatible with E10 unleaded.

    EMB205-2 – Group N Top Engine Mount – a part of our complete Group N (Grp.N) Engine Mounting Kit that has been designed to substantially reduce engine movement by incorporating up-rated and stiffened rubber components.
