205 8v Silicone Supplementary Device (SAD) Hoses
Code: SH205-8
Direct replacement hoses for the “Supplementary Air Device” system found on all pre-CAT 205/309 GTI’s. These hoses are the same for RHD and LHD models. Both hoses are Fluro lined to prevent damage caused from any contact with oil.
Contents: Two replacement hoses to run from the SAD valve to Inlet track.
These hoses are suitable for all 205/309 1.6/1.9 GTI’s (86-91 Years)
These bronze bushes replace the standard plastic ones found in the gearstick pivot point. These will not flex or distort and therefore reduce play in the linkage system.
Notes: Ideally to be used with our 205 Gearchange Rods (3-rod kit) and 205 Bronze L-linkage Pivot Bush Kit, as well as Adjustable Quickshift.
EMB205-4 – 205 Grp.N Lower Engine Bush – a part of our complete Group N (Grp.N) Engine Mounting Kit has been designed to substantially reduce engine movement by incorporating up-rated and stiffened rubber components. The kit is ideally used for rallying, racing, enhanced engine conversions and modifications.
Available for: 205 1.6/1.9 GTI, 205 XS (please select when adding products to cart)
EMB205-9 – Our 205 Gti Grp.N engine mounting kit has been one of our main sellers for over 10 years. It is perfect for track orientated cars but on the firm side for road cars.
We have now developed our fast road set-up. A great upgrade for people looking to tighten up the engine movement but without going to the extreme of the Grp.N set-up.
The mounts use the same proven design as our Grp.N set-up but with a softer grade of rubber to aid compliance.
Available for: 205 1.6/1.9 GTI, 205 XS (please note when adding products to cart)
We have designed and manufactured this bush to offer a firmer option than the standard item (e.g. reduce engine movement), whilst still retaining some compliance compared to our Grp.A Bush. This product compliment’s Grp.N Full Engine Mounting Kit.
Location: This bush is located within the fork which connects the subframe to the lower engine bush.
