The original 306 Thermostat Cap is made from plastic and due to age and heat cycles the original parts have become very brittle.
Original replacements have become very hard to source.
We have designed and manfactured these in house.

Originals caps have corroded badly over time. Deep pitting leads to leaks and with 2nd hand units now becoming hard to source we decided to design and make a replacement.

These hoses replace the original worn rubber set, ensuring the highest coolant system reliability possible, whilst giving OE look and being cheaper than our Silicone Coolant Hose Kit.
Contents: The 8v coolant hose kit includes all 10 hoses within the coolant system on a LHD Peugeot 205 GTI.

In recent years, transplanting the Gti-6 engine into a 205 Gti has become very popular. Until now there has not been a coolant kit available for this conversion. We have designed RHD and LHD specific kits.
This kit includes all the coolant hoses in the 205 Gti-6 system. Making the coolant installation quick neat and very reliable.
Note: We will supply a 32mm internal diameter inner wing to water distribution block hose in this kit. Dependent upon parts used in the conversion, a 36mm hose can sometimes be required. If this is the case just let us know at the point of order and we will substitute this one in the kit for you.
