205 Interior Wing Mirror Repair Kit

Code: BW205-23

CNC machined aluminium pins to replace the plastic pins, which very often break off during panel removal.

The pins are made from 6082T6 and have milled grooves on the back of the heads, which align with the webbing on the panel.

A small amount of adhesive is needed to hold them in to place.

Ordering instructions: Price is £8.56 + VAT for 3 pins (3 pins per panel).
Each panel is handed so please specify which side you require.
If you require both – please order a “Full Set”.

    205 GTI Engine Mount Shim Kit

    Shims are placed behind buffers to space them closer to the top engine mount.

    Fitting the correct combination of shims means, as the engine moves under acceleration / engine braking the top mount can come into contact with the buffers sooner and reduce any excess movement.

    These can be used with OE std buffers or either of our Fast Road or GrpN Style replacements.

    205 Offset Washer

    The offset washer is used to locate one end of the torsion bar into the trailing arm. These are prone to damage on removal.

    They are a direct replacement for the standard item. Two are required per axle.

    EMB205-9 – Our 205 Gti Grp.N engine mounting kit has been one of our main sellers for over 10 years. It is perfect for track orientated cars but on the firm side for road cars.

    We have now developed our fast road set-up. A great upgrade for people looking to tighten up the engine movement but without going to the extreme of the Grp.N set-up.

    The mounts use the same proven design as our Grp.N set-up but with a softer grade of rubber to aid compliance.

    205 Bronze L-linkage Pivot Bush Kit GTI

    The original linkage setup consists of two plastic bushes and a spring washer, even when new this setup had a lot of unwanted play in it. The linkage will now more than likely be considerably worn, causing the linkage system to feel “sloppy”. There are other kits available which replace the plastic bushes with bronze equivalents but the spring washer design is still utilized, along with the original large shanked bolt.

    Only by changing the design of the pivot system (by using this kit) can the sloop be reduced entirely.
