205 Interior Wing Mirror Repair Kit

Code: BW205-23

CNC machined aluminium pins to replace the plastic pins, which very often break off during panel removal.

The pins are made from 6082T6 and have milled grooves on the back of the heads, which align with the webbing on the panel.

A small amount of adhesive is needed to hold them in to place.

Ordering instructions: Price is £8.56 + VAT for 3 pins (3 pins per panel).
Each panel is handed so please specify which side you require.
If you require both – please order a “Full Set”.

    205 GTI Rubber Fuel Lines

    Our Rubber fuel lines are remanufactured so they are a direct replacement for standard hoses.

    They are sold as a pair:

    • The short hose runs from the steel fuel line to the bottom of the fuel filter
    • The longer hose runs from the top of the fuel filter to the fuel rail

    Both hoses come with new banjo bolts and crush washers.

    Please note: We have changed the rubber spec to Gates SAE 30R14 T2  since June 2020.   Using this rubber spec our rubber fuel lines are now compatible with E10 grade fuel.  However, we would still advise customers to use E5 Super unleaded as there are other parts in the fuel system that may not be compatible with E10 unleaded.

    205 / 106 Grp.N Lower Engine Fork Bush

    We have designed and manufactured this bush to offer a firmer option than the standard item (e.g. reduce engine movement), whilst still retaining some compliance compared to our Grp.A Bush. This product compliment’s Grp.N Full Engine Mounting Kit.

    Location: This bush is located within the fork which connects the subframe to the lower engine bush.

    Suitable For:

    • Fits all 106 and 205 models incl. GTi
    • Direct replacement for original

    Spec:

    • 70 shore natural rubber
    • Fully stressed relieved
    • Centreless ground outer diameter
