205 Interior Wing Mirror Repair Kit

Code: BW205-23

CNC machined aluminium pins to replace the plastic pins, which very often break off during panel removal.

The pins are made from 6082T6 and have milled grooves on the back of the heads, which align with the webbing on the panel.

A small amount of adhesive is needed to hold them in to place.

Ordering instructions: Price is £8.56 + VAT for 3 pins (3 pins per panel).
Each panel is handed so please specify which side you require.

    205 Bronze L-linkage Pivot Bush Kit GTI

    The original linkage setup consists of two plastic bushes and a spring washer, even when new this setup had a lot of unwanted play in it. The linkage will now more than likely be considerably worn, causing the linkage system to feel “sloppy”. There are other kits available which replace the plastic bushes with bronze equivalents but the spring washer design is still utilized, along with the original large shanked bolt.

    Only by changing the design of the pivot system (by using this kit) can the sloop be reduced entirely.

    205 Grp.N Front Strut Top Rubbers

    These uprated rubbers replace standard soft rubbers in the shock absorbers top mounts, located just under strut turrets.

    The rubbers are constructed to a very high standard using a rubber compound (with an increased Shore Rating over original), which is considerably firmer than the standard rubbers, making them far stiffer. They give firmer ride and less front suspension flex.

    The strut rubbers come as a pair.

    Suitable for: Peugeot 205 GTI and 309 GTI.

    205 Bronze Gearstick Pivot Bushes Gti and Non Gti

    Fitment: Suitable for the 205 Gti and Non Gti.

     

     

     

     

    These bronze bushes replace the standard plastic ones found in the gearstick pivot point. These will not flex or distort and therefore reduce play in the linkage system.

    Notes: Ideally to be used with our 205 Gearchange Rods (3-rod kit) and 205 Bronze L-linkage Pivot Bush Kit, as well as Adjustable Quickshift.
