They are finished in anodised black .
Cosmetically the orignal ones lose their colour.
These are a quick change and improves the exterior look.

Fitment: All 205/309 Gti’s (1.6 & 1.9). All years. Direct fit to replace original part.
The original Peugeot lower cambelt covers (now no longer available from Peugeot) have a common tendency to wear and break away from their mounting points. Eventually causing them to rub on the cambelt.
We first designed the part in CAD before making a prototype for test fitment. Once satisfied the fitment was correct we invested in producing an injection mould tool to produce a run of finished parts.
CNC machined aluminium pins to replace the plastic pins, which very often break off during panel removal.
The pins are made from 6082T6 and have milled grooves on the back of the heads, which align with the webbing on the panel.
A small amount of adhesive is needed to hold them in to place.

These uprated rubbers replace standard soft rubbers in the shock absorbers top mounts, located just under strut turrets.
The rubbers are constructed to a very high standard using a rubber compound (with an increased Shore Rating over original), which is considerably firmer than the standard rubbers, making them far stiffer. They give firmer ride and less front suspension flex.
The strut rubbers come as a pair.
Suitable for: Peugeot 205 GTI and 309 GTI.
Our Rubber fuel lines are remanufactured so they are a direct replacement for standard hoses.

Please note: We have changed the rubber spec to Gates SAE 30R14 T2 since June 2020. Using this rubber spec our rubber fuel lines are now compatible with E10 grade fuel. However, we would still advise customers to use E5 Super unleaded as there are other parts in the fuel system that may not be compatible with E10 unleaded.
The torsion bar end stops screw into the rear axle beam tube. They act as a end stop for the torsion bar screw
They are a direct replacement for the standard item. Two are required per axle.
