Replacement rubber sandwich mounts for rear axles on 205 and 309 Gti’s

We have reproduced these due to popular demand.

We now offer these in two grades:

1) Road Spec (55 Shore Spec Rubber)

Ideal for a std road car. To replace worn items and get the rear end handling as Peugeot intened.

Sold in Pairs

 

2) GrpN/Fast Road   (70 Shore Spec Rubber)

The firmer rubber will reduce movement of the axle relative to the car. Giving a tighter feel to the rear end.

Sold in pairs.

 

Options to add a set (of 4) of bushings for the front mounting points of the rear axle.

Please select wether you require these bushings in rubber or acetal (or non).

    205 GTI Rubber Fuel Lines

    Our Rubber fuel lines are remanufactured so they are a direct replacement for standard hoses.

    They are sold as a pair:

    • The short hose runs from the steel fuel line to the bottom of the fuel filter
    • The longer hose runs from the top of the fuel filter to the fuel rail

    Both hoses come with new banjo bolts and crush washers.

    Please note: We have changed the rubber spec to Gates SAE 30R14 T2  since June 2020.   Using this rubber spec our rubber fuel lines are now compatible with E10 grade fuel.  However, we would still advise customers to use E5 Super unleaded as there are other parts in the fuel system that may not be compatible with E10 unleaded.

    205 Bronze Gearstick Pivot Bushes Gti and Non Gti

    Fitment: Suitable for the 205 Gti and Non Gti.

     

     

     

     

    These bronze bushes replace the standard plastic ones found in the gearstick pivot point. These will not flex or distort and therefore reduce play in the linkage system.

    Notes: Ideally to be used with our 205 Gearchange Rods (3-rod kit) and 205 Bronze L-linkage Pivot Bush Kit, as well as Adjustable Quickshift.

    205 Torsion Bar End Stop

    The torsion bar end stops screw into the rear axle beam tube. They act as a end stop for the torsion bar screw

    They are a direct replacement for the standard item. Two are required per axle.

    205 Gearchange Rods (3-rod kit)

    Joints in the original gearchange rod setup contain plastic bushes that wear over time, making the gearchange very unprecise and leading to rods popping off and leaving you stranded on a side of the road or track. Our rods are steel-jointed with securing clips that cures both issues.
