Our new 205 GTI Oil Cooler is a direct replacement for the Oil Cooler found on non P.A.S. 1.9 205 GTI.

An aluminium core and aluminium end tanks makes for a greatly improved cooling efficiency.

    205 GTI Power Steering Cooling Loop

    This is the power steering cooling loop pipe which runs under the car on 205 GTI models equipped with PAS. The originals are prone to rust due to their location.

    Using an original we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender, then a custom jig has been made to manipulate the final bend. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatedly replicated accurately.

    Manufacturing process:

    • Steel tube is CNC bent to match original shape
    • The lines are then Chromium 6-free plated
    • Clean pelleted (cleans inside tube)

    205 Stainless Steel Inner Wing Pipe

    This stainless steel inner wing pipe is a direct replacement for an OE pipe, that is usually heavily rotten by now and can lead to coolant leaks and premature engine failure. Our replacement stainless steel pipe will outlast your 205!

    205 Shortened Coolant Radiator

    These radiators are ideal for anybody looking to maximise the performance of their Peugeot 205 GTI/Mi16. They are approximately 3 inches shorter than the original radiator and 64 mm thick (twice as thick as standard).

    When running Carbs or Throttle bodies in conjunction with the standard radiator set-up the inlet temperatures become a problem, they effectively stifle the potential performance of your engine. Switching to one of our shortened radiators enables you to take full advantage of the direct cold air flow now available.

    These have been designed so they are direct fitment into your 205 GTI’s engine bay.

    A slim line cooling fan can be added for an extra £50.00.  Delivery approx 4 weeks

    205 GTI CNC Bent Steel Fuel Lines

    Due to their location the steel fuel lines on the 205 Gti are prone to rust.

    Using original OE under body fuel lines we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatably replicated accurately.

    These lines are a direct fitment onto the standard clips, neatly routing the fuel lines as Peugeot intended. They are sold as pairs. 1x Feed and 1x Return. The feed line has the correct union at the bulkhead end to match either the OE Peugeot rubber fuel-filter hose or our remanufactured rubber hoses.

    205 Bronze L-linkage Pivot Bush Kit GTI

    The original linkage setup consists of two plastic bushes and a spring washer, even when new this setup had a lot of unwanted play in it. The linkage will now more than likely be considerably worn, causing the linkage system to feel “sloppy”. There are other kits available which replace the plastic bushes with bronze equivalents but the spring washer design is still utilized, along with the original large shanked bolt.

    Only by changing the design of the pivot system (by using this kit) can the sloop be reduced entirely.
