We have designed and manufactured this bush to offer a firmer option than the standard item (e.g. reduce engine movement), whilst still retaining some compliance compared to our Grp.A Bush. This product compliment’s Grp.N Full Engine Mounting Kit.

Location: This bush is located within the fork which connects the subframe to the lower engine bush.

Suitable For:

  • Fits all 106 and 205 models incl. GTi
  • Direct replacement for original

    205 Adjustable Top Mounts

     

     

    Our extremely popular 205-specific adjustable top suspension mounts.

    Suitable for: Peugeot 205 all models.

    Description:

    • These are intended for use with coilover suspension.
    • Material 7075 T6 Aluminium.
    • Fully CNC machined in house using the latest CAM technology.
    • They house a 42mm O/D Heavy Duty Spherical Bearing.
    • Camber adjustment available is from 0 – neg.3 degrees
    • Caster fixed at 4.5 Degrees Positive.
    • Engraved camber scale giving an indication of adjustment position.
    • Bearing reliefs are machined into the housing, making bearing changes quick and easy.
    • Anodised.

    205 Offset Washer

    The offset washer is used to locate one end of the torsion bar into the trailing arm. These are prone to damage on removal.

    They are a direct replacement for the standard item. Two are required per axle.

    Note: Sold individually – increase quantity to buy more than one.

    205 GTI Power Steering Cooling Loop

    This is the power steering cooling loop pipe which runs under the car on 205 GTI models equipped with PAS. The originals are prone to rust due to their location.

    Using an original we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender, then a custom jig has been made to manipulate the final bend. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatedly replicated accurately.

    Manufacturing process:

    • Steel tube is CNC bent to match original shape
    • The lines are then Chromium 6-free plated
    • Clean pelleted (cleans inside tube)
