205 Air Box Bracket

Code: OP205-6

This bracket offers support to the air box. Because of its location ( Above the exhaust / manifold ) it is very common for it to rust / break where it mounts to the manifold.

No Longer available from Peugeot.

Available in both Mild steel and Stainless steel. Both are power coated.

Suitable for: 205 1.6/1.9 GTI

    205 Bronze L-linkage Pivot Bush Kit GTI

    The original linkage setup consists of two plastic bushes and a spring washer, even when new this setup had a lot of unwanted play in it. The linkage will now more than likely be considerably worn, causing the linkage system to feel “sloppy”. There are other kits available which replace the plastic bushes with bronze equivalents but the spring washer design is still utilized, along with the original large shanked bolt.

    Only by changing the design of the pivot system (by using this kit) can the sloop be reduced entirely.

    205 GTI Engine Mount Shim Kit

    Shims are placed behind buffers to space them closer to the top engine mount.

    Fitting the correct combination of shims means, as the engine moves under acceleration / engine braking the top mount can come into contact with the buffers sooner and reduce any excess movement.

    These can be used with OE std buffers or either of our Fast Road or GrpN Style replacements.

    205 Torsion Bar End Stop

    The torsion bar end stops screw into the rear axle beam tube. They act as a end stop for the torsion bar screw

    They are a direct replacement for the standard item. Two are required per axle.
