This bracket offers support to the air box. Because of its location ( Above the exhaust / manifold ) it is very common for it to rust / break where it mounts to the manifold.

No Longer available from Peugeot.

Available in both Mild steel and Stainless steel. Both are power coated.

Suitable for: 205 1.6/1.9 GTI

    This is the one bush which gets over looked when the engine mounts are uprated. The original bush is usually worn and allows unnecessary engine movement for race/rally/trackday setups.

    205 GTI Power Steering Cooling Loop

    This is the power steering cooling loop pipe which runs under the car on 205 GTI models equipped with PAS. The originals are prone to rust due to their location.

    Using an original we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender, then a custom jig has been made to manipulate the final bend. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatedly replicated accurately.

    Manufacturing process:

    • Steel tube is CNC bent to match original shape
    • The lines are then Chromium 6-free plated
    • Clean pelleted (cleans inside tube)

    205 Grp.N Front Strut Top Rubbers

    These uprated rubbers replace standard soft rubbers in the shock absorbers top mounts, located just under strut turrets.

    The rubbers are constructed to a very high standard using a rubber compound (with an increased Shore Rating over original), which is considerably firmer than the standard rubbers, making them far stiffer. They give firmer ride and less front suspension flex.

    The strut rubbers come as a pair.

    Suitable for: Peugeot 205 GTI and 309 GTI.

    Original Peugeot Clips. We have bought a large batch from Peugeot as they often need replacing when fitting our new fuel lines or P.A.S cooling loop pipe.

    They are sold individually – please enter the desired quantity when ordering.
