205 8v Silicone Supplementary Device (SAD) Hoses

Code: SH205-8

Direct replacement hoses for the “Supplementary Air Device” system found on all pre-CAT 205/309 GTI’s. These hoses are the same for RHD and LHD models. Both hoses are Fluro lined to prevent damage caused from any contact with oil.

Contents: Two replacement hoses to run from the SAD valve to Inlet track.

These hoses are suitable for all 205/309 1.6/1.9 GTI’s.

    205 Grp.N Front Strut Top Rubbers

    These uprated rubbers replace standard soft rubbers in the shock absorbers top mounts, located just under strut turrets.

    The rubbers are constructed to a very high standard using a rubber compound (with an increased Shore Rating over original), which is considerably firmer than the standard rubbers, making them far stiffer. They give firmer ride and less front suspension flex.

    The strut rubbers come as a pair.

    Suitable for: Peugeot 205 GTI and 309 GTI.

    • These are intended for use with coilover suspension.
    • Material 7075 T6 Aluminium.
    • Fully CNC machined in house using the latest CAM technology.
    • They house a 42mm O/D Heavy Duty Spherical Bearing.
    • Camber adjustment available is from 0 – neg.3 degrees
    • Caster fixed at 4.5 Degrees Positive.
    • Engraved camber scale giving an indication of adjustment position.
    • Bearing reliefs are machined into the housing, making bearing changes quick and easy.

    205 GTI Engine Mount Shim Kit

    Shims are placed behind buffers to space them closer to the top engine mount.

    Fitting the correct combination of shims means, as the engine moves under acceleration / engine braking the top mount can come into contact with the buffers sooner and reduce any excess movement.

    These can be used with OE std buffers or either of our Fast Road or GrpN Style replacements.
