These hoses replace the original worn rubber set, ensuring the highest oil breather system reliability possible.

Here you can choose and individually order the following 5 hoses in the system:

  • Main Filler Hose
  • Cam Cover To Block
  • Filler Tower To Block
  • Filler Cap to Induction Hose
  • Filler Cap to Throttle Body

The hoses are suitable for all 205/309 1.6/1.9 GTI’s.

Hose No.1 is over £70 from Peugeot alone. Some of the others are no longer available from Peugeot.

    205 / 106 Grp.N Lower Engine Fork Bush

    We have designed and manufactured this bush to offer a firmer option than the standard item (e.g. reduce engine movement), whilst still retaining some compliance compared to our Grp.A Bush. This product compliment’s Grp.N Full Engine Mounting Kit.

    Location: This bush is located within the fork which connects the subframe to the lower engine bush.

    Suitable For:

    • Fits all 106 and 205 models incl. GTi

    205 GTI Power Steering Cooling Loop

    This is the power steering cooling loop pipe which runs under the car on 205 GTI models equipped with PAS. The originals are prone to rust due to their location.

    Using an original we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender, then a custom jig has been made to manipulate the final bend. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatedly replicated accurately.

    Manufacturing process:

    • Steel tube is CNC bent to match original shape
    • The lines are then Chromium 6-free plated
    • Clean pelleted (cleans inside tube)

    205 Bronze L-linkage Pivot Bush Kit GTI

    The original linkage setup consists of two plastic bushes and a spring washer, even when new this setup had a lot of unwanted play in it. The linkage will now more than likely be considerably worn, causing the linkage system to feel “sloppy”. There are other kits available which replace the plastic bushes with bronze equivalents but the spring washer design is still utilized, along with the original large shanked bolt.

    Only by changing the design of the pivot system (by using this kit) can the sloop be reduced entirely.
