205 Gti Front Bumper Mounting Kit

The various parts which make up the 205 Gti Front bumper mounting system are prone to rust. If you are removing the front bumper you will more than likely find a lot of the parts unusable on the rebuild. Most of which is not available from Peugeot anymore.

We have re-manufactured the complete bumper mounting kit, most of which in stainless steel. So the bumper can be removed and re-fitted in the future without the risk of damaging the now hard to find plastic bumpers!

    205 GTI Rubber Fuel Lines

    Our Rubber fuel lines are remanufactured so they are a direct replacement for standard hoses.

    They are sold as a pair:

    • The short hose runs from the steel fuel line to the bottom of the fuel filter
    • The longer hose runs from the top of the fuel filter to the fuel rail

    Both hoses come with new banjo bolts and crush washers.

    Please note: We have changed the rubber spec to Gates SAE 30R14 T2  since June 2020.   Using this rubber spec our rubber fuel lines are now compatible with E10 grade fuel.  However, we would still advise customers to use E5 Super unleaded as there are other parts in the fuel system that may not be compatible with E10 unleaded.

    205 Bronze Gearstick Pivot Bushes Gti and Non Gti

    Fitment: Suitable for the 205 Gti and Non Gti.

     

     

     

     

    These bronze bushes replace the standard plastic ones found in the gearstick pivot point. These will not flex or distort and therefore reduce play in the linkage system.

    Notes: Ideally to be used with our 205 Gearchange Rods (3-rod kit) and 205 Bronze L-linkage Pivot Bush Kit, as well as Adjustable Quickshift.

    Suitable for: Peugeot 205 all models.

    Description:

    • These are intended for use with coilover suspension.
    • Material 7075 T6 Aluminium.
    • Fully CNC machined in house using the latest CAM technology.
    • They house a 42mm O/D Heavy Duty Spherical Bearing.
    • Camber adjustment available is from 0 – neg.3 degrees
    • Caster fixed at 4.5 Degrees Positive.
    • Engraved camber scale giving an indication of adjustment position.
    • Bearing reliefs are machined into the housing, making bearing changes quick and easy.

    205 / 106 Grp.A Lower Engine Fork Bush

    This is the one bush which gets over looked when the engine mounts are uprated. The original bush is usually worn and allows unnecessary engine movement for race/rally/trackday setups.

    Location: This bush is located within the fork which connects the subframe to the lower engine bush.

    Suitable For:

    • Fits all 106 and 205 models incl. GTi
    • Direct replacement for original
