205 / 309Mi16 (1905 cc) Thermostat Housing
Fully machined in house. The main body is CNC machined from a billet then the three hose fittings are CNC turned and TIG welded into place.
The three sensor outlets can be tapped to the customers requirements.
A perfect replacement for a corroded/leaking original item or a great finishing touch to a race/rally/trackday engine build.

Aluminium Products205 GTI-6 Aluminium Thermostat Adaptor
The front thermostat hose is a problem when replacing the standard 205 engine with a 2.0L 16v engine from the 306 GTi6. As the GTi6 has a non standard hose fitment making the conversion not only difficult but also messy if not done correctly.
This lightweight adaptor is designed to be a direct fitment to the side of the GTi6 thermostat housing. The original metal 8v connector cap can then be reused.
The adaptors have been precision machined (in house) from high quality billet aluminium. The centre hole is tapered to ensure an efficient coolant flow. A suitable O-ring is supplied to ensure the 8v cap will seal correctly.
