These hoses tend to wear and split causing disasterous coolant leaks. This hose is constructed out of Silicone, making it a very strong and cost effective replacement.
The 16v coolant hose kit has been specially designed to enable a neat 1905cc Mi16 install into a Peugeot 205 GTI. The hoses are made from 3ply Silicone (4mm wall thickness). Available in RHD and LHD configurations.

Top radiator – Thermostat
Side of 16v thermostat – Heater matrix
Thermostat – Heater rail along the back of head
Heater rail – Distribution block at the rear of the engine

Complete Coolant hose Kit to suit 205 GTis fitted with the 2.0 Gti-6 Engine found in the Peugeot 306 Gti-6 or Citroen Xsara VTS.
In recent years, transplanting the Gti-6 engine into a 205 Gti has become very popular. Until now there has not been a coolant kit available for this conversion. We have designed RHD and LHD specific kits.
This kit includes all the coolant hoses in the 205 Gti-6 system. Making the coolant installation quick neat and very reliable.
Note: We will supply a 32mm internal diameter inner wing to water distribution block hose in this kit. Dependent upon parts used in the conversion, a 36mm hose can sometimes be required. If this is the case just let us know at the point of order and we will substitute this one in the kit for you.
The front thermostat hose is a problem when replacing the standard 205 engine with a 2.0L 16v engine from the 306 GTi6. As the GTi6 has a non standard hose fitment making the conversion not only difficult but also messy if not done correctly.
This lightweight adaptor is designed to be a direct fitment to the side of the GTi6 thermostat housing. The original metal 8v connector cap can then be reused.
The adaptors have been precision machined (in house) from high quality billet aluminium. The centre hole is tapered to ensure an efficient coolant flow. A suitable O-ring is supplied to ensure the 8v cap will seal correctly.
