Description

Our 205 Gti Silicone coolant hose kit have been one of our best sellers for over 15 years now.

These hoses replace the original worn rubber set, ensuring the highest coolant system reliability possible. The hoses are made from 3ply Silicone (4mm wall thickness).

Available in RHD and LHD configurations. Please select when ordering.

We can also offer a Heat Exchanger  style top hose which came fitted to 1.9 models. Please select when ordering.

We also offer the early or late coolant configuration. This configuration changed when the phase 2 facelift model was released. Please select which option you require when purchasing.

 

 

Contents: The 8v coolant hose kit includes all 10 hoses within the coolant system on a Peugeot 205 GTI. 1.6/1.9

These Mikalor clips have a cold-formed stamped band thread, smoothed on the underside. Combined with the bevelled band edges protects the hose from any damage.

    205 GTI CNC Bent Steel Fuel Lines

    Due to their location the steel fuel lines on the 205 Gti are prone to rust.

    Using original OE under body fuel lines we have re-manufactured them using a CNC tube bender. Using CNC technology ensures their complicated shape is repeatably replicated accurately.

    These lines are a direct fitment onto the standard clips, neatly routing the fuel lines as Peugeot intended. They are sold as pairs. 1x Feed and 1x Return. The feed line has the correct union at the bulkhead end to match either the OE Peugeot rubber fuel-filter hose or our remanufactured rubber hoses.

    205 Gearchange Rods (3-rod kit)

    Joints in the original gearchange rod setup contain plastic bushes that wear over time, making the gearchange very unprecise and leading to rods popping off and leaving you stranded on a side of the road or track. Our rods are steel-jointed with securing clips that cures both issues.

    205 GTI Fuel Line + P.A.S. Pipe Clips

    Original Peugeot Clips. We have bought a large batch from Peugeot as they often need replacing when fitting our new fuel lines or P.A.S cooling loop pipe.

    They are sold individually – please enter the desired quantity when ordering.

    • 6x clips are needed to replace all the fuel lines under the car
    • 4x Clips are needed to replace the P.A.S cooling loop (1.9 GTI models only)

    205 Bronze L-linkage Pivot Bush Kit GTI

    The original linkage setup consists of two plastic bushes and a spring washer, even when new this setup had a lot of unwanted play in it. The linkage will now more than likely be considerably worn, causing the linkage system to feel “sloppy”. There are other kits available which replace the plastic bushes with bronze equivalents but the spring washer design is still utilized, along with the original large shanked bolt.

    Only by changing the design of the pivot system (by using this kit) can the sloop be reduced entirely.
